We all sometimes face certain struggles in our lives that we sometimes feel as if there is no way out or no way to get through them.
All in actuality we have the power within us to make a True Decision to overcome the Adversity that is holding us back from the level we need to be on.

“Creation for Answers”
We have to create areas of opportunity in order to receive the answers to the questions we have.
When we find ourselves in a position of challenge or conflict, we always ask ourselves what shall we do, or how should I handle this area of my life. We must not only ask for the answer but we may have to create and/or identify the resources that can provide us with the true answers to the issues we have.
Have we ever thought on a personal level that this might be the thing that is holding us back from receiving the answers we need?
Take time and think about what you just read.
You might be surprised by what will be revealed about what you are currently doing to solve situations and circumstances that you are facing in your life.

It takes courage to back up what we believe.

Leadership Through LIFT

Going through life observing the way we Lead, Influence, establishing a Foundation and developing a Teamwork environment has always intrigued me.
Instead of stepping into all situations as a leader not knowing how to handle the challenge, stop and be observant with how the equations of these principles (LIFT) play out so that when we are faced with trials, situations and circumstances, we will be better equipped to resolve them.
